Single-screw lamination (coating) machine with two die heads that coats PP woven fabric with a molten polymer layer — a key step in making strong big bags (FIBC). It features an extruder with a 32:1 L/D ratio, two 2450 mm dies with hard chrome plating and mirror polish, fabric unwinding and motorized winding. Lamination speed from 30 to 120 m/min.
